Joe Hay is a Music Composer, Electronic Producer and Remixer . As well as creating music for Film, TV and media projects, Joe has created many successful remixes for other artists. Plus, Joe Hay creates his own brand of electronica.

Soundtracks

Joe has worked on (and supplied music for) several film projects including www.divezero.com video magazine in 2007, 'The Beach House', 'The Anniversary' by Kirsty & Co Productions in 2006, 'The Warrington Film Festival' in 2005 and 'The Last Days of Central' A short film created by Wickid Pissa from USA in 2005.

Remixes

Joe has also created several remixes for artist's including Koopa, Peter Brame and Isa and the Filthy Tongues. Joe created remixes of 'One Off Song for the Summer', that featured on Koopa's single and charted at number 21 in the UK charts on the 17th June 2007. Joe has also remixed, collaborated and produced tracks for Peter Brame. Joe is currently working with Isa and the Filthy Tongues producing further remixes of tracks from their last album entitled 'Addiction' and completing an album with Peter Brame.

With Joe's own customised music studio set-up, he is able to create music (to virtually) any requirement in a very short period of time.

Sound on Sound

Joe's music has featured on both Sound on Sound and Computer Music magazines. It has received strong reviews on www.garageband.com and received the 'track of the day' award twice! 'And' entered the top 40 in the electronica garageband.com charts.

Track of the Day

Joe's tracks have also received strong recognition in his home town - Glasgow, Scotland. Joe was nominated as the 'artist of the month' in October 2006 at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut - which was voted 'UK's Best Live Venue' in 2002 by Radio One.

'Scoring' from 'Scoring Sampling and Scratching in the Naughties' received extensive airplay on the internet station www.pulserated.com. 'And' and 'Scratching' were also featured on the front cover disc of the Sound on Sound and Computer Music magazine:
